30th June 13  - Wells made up for his unlucky defeat at Bendigo his previous start and won convincingly at Warrnambool  in the 3600m Kevin Lafferty feature Hurdle. He was given a great ride by Brad McLean to draw away to win by just over two lengths. He will now head to The Grand National Hurdle at Sandown on 15th July.
