16/6/13  Wells again put in a fantastic effort at Bendigo in the Brendan Drechsler feature hurdle over 3200m, he was a fast finishing 2nd to beat the champion hurdler Black and Bent but not quite catching Gotta Take Care. He will have his next start at Warrnambool on the 30th in the 3600m Kevin Lafferty Hurdle.
