Halo Effect a Written Tycoon gelding had his first start at Geelong on Friday !0th August finishing 2nd  over 1000m ridden by Damien Oliver, it was an encouraging effort as they ran along and he was chasing along way out, he hit the lead and was just run down late. He looks as if he will get further and will benefit from the experience.

Moulin Bleu ran at Flemington on Saturday 11th August  over 2000m putting in a courageous effort to finish 3rd after leading all the way only to just get caught late to be beaten 1.2 lengths, he is racing very consistently and tries hard every time he goes around.
