Kathryn Durden has unearthed a promising hurdler in the name of Wells. The son of Galileo was sent around as the short priced favourite in the Maiden 3200m Hurdle at Bendigo on 22 July and easy won the event by 6 lengths.

The writing was on the wall after Wells was trialed over the hurdles on 15 June, easily taking care of the opposition.

Kathryn is very happy with his progress and is now looking forward to further wins from the 4yo gelding.
