Comics went on with his good first run over jumps to back it up with a fantastic win in the maiden hurdle at Casterton over 3480m, after running second his previous start.

 

This time he settled last in the field and rounded them up in the straight to draw away with an impressive victory at only his second hurdle start.

 

Tom Sadler gave him a great ride to teach the inexperienced galloper to settle which allowed him to finish off so well.
